o Incorrect / wrong item delivered
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:
• Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging at [your email].
• Once approved, we will send a free replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Free gifts or sample products

5. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
